REFLX is a training method founded by Amitai Shenhav, a dedicated martial artist practicing Muay Thai and Full Contact Karate since 2010. In 2021, Amitai earned the title of National Champion in Full Contact Karate competitions.
The method offers a comprehensive approach to enhancing self-defense skills, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, physical conditioning, and aerobic fitness.
